Types of fixed assets

There is a huge number of the most diverse means of bloodsuckers and all of them can be divided into two main groups:

  • the first includes fumigants, they can be used both indoors and outdoors. The purpose of such a device is to destroy the insect;
  • in the second group are repellentsthat can only scare away mosquitoes. These funds are intended for open areas, although sometimes they are used in apartment conditions.

But as you know, protecting an enclosed space is quite simple - just install mosquito nets on the windows and turn on in parallel fumigator. Here certainly no mosquito will survive. But what to do in nature, where it is quite problematic to install a fence? This situation really looks much more complicated, and therefore the choice of mosquito repellent on the street will be somewhat difficult.

Spirals

The most accessible and popular today is the spiral. Such a device is made of wood flour, which is impregnated with a special active substance. Wood flour during smoldering forms a cloud poisonous to mosquitoes, the active components of which repel insects.

On a note! This poisonous smoke is capable of destroying mosquitoes that are in the epicenter! Impregnation substances penetrate the body of the insect through its respiratory tract and slowly destroy it!

Spirals from mosquitoes are quite effective in open areas and are very simple to use. It is necessary to fix the device on some surface and set fire to its free tip. After it flares up, the flame is knocked down.

Important! Use spirals only in the open air and at the same time install them away from people. Using them too often is not recommended, since toxic fumes can cause harm to humans!

The most popular brands include:

  • Raptor
  • Raid;
  • Gardex;
  • Komaroff;
  • Fumitox.

Gas bottle

Carbon trap is another mosquito repellent that will help you in the country. It works very well even where there are a lot of insects, for example, near water bodies. This device is very massive, so to install it you will need to highlight a certain area.

The carbon dioxide trap is equipped with a powerful fan, a grid for collecting bloodsuckers and a propane tank. When gas is burned, carbon dioxide and heat are released into the air, which attract insects. When mosquitoes approach, they are drawn inward and they find themselves in a grid in which they die.

On a note! A carbon dioxide plant is able to rid mosquitoes of a plot of up to 40 acres!

On sale today you can find similar installations that are made on a wheel basis, which facilitates their movement around the site. You can install them yourself and then without any problems move to the barn.

The most popular are the following:

  • Mosquito Magnet;
  • Mosquito Killer;
  • Electrofrog Security.
