Is the Raptor able to help from the invasion of bugs?

Many folk remedies, the unconditional observance of all sanitary norms in the room and the use of modern detergents are not able to rid your home of parasites that tirelessly drink the blood of all households without exception every night. They always appear unexpectedly and become a real headache.

Bedbug Raptor

Today, a huge number of insecticides have been created for their extermination, and one of them is the Raptor from bugs. Let's look at how effective it is and what the principle of its action is.

The main characteristics of the spray Raptor

Bed bugs are very tenacious insects, besides they are able to multiply quickly, which makes the fight against them quite difficult. But anything is possible. The main thing is to choose an effective drug and figure out how to use it.

Composition

In addition to flavorings and solvent, Raptor aerosol contains the following components:

  • the tetramethrin insecticide has a nerve-paralytic effect on all crawling insects, including bugs. For humans and pets, it is practically harmless, as it has a fairly low toxicity. Its content is 0.2%;
  • piperonyl butoxide insecticide enhances the effect of the previous poison and is its best "partner". It has low toxicity. The content of this component in the Raptor spray is 0.5%;
  • Cypermethrin insecticide is a nerve poison and acts on bugs that are both at the larval stage and on mature insects. It is most effective during the first 24 hours after use. Its action lasts no more than 20 days, and fades every day. Does not lose its properties when exposed to direct sunlight.

Operating principle

Insecticide acts on bedbugs according to the following principle. When an insect comes into contact with poison, it penetrates the chitinous cover and begins to affect its nervous system. The parasite, in contact with other individuals from its nest, infects all of them, and the colony soon dies.

Since the aerosol has the greatest effect during the first days after use, it is during this period that most of the bugs will die. The action of the poison will continue for another 20 days, but with each passing day the intensity of its effect will decrease.

Advice! When processing the premises, try to spray insect nests and themselves, since the insecticide layer on the surfaces will be insignificant, and therefore it will act rather weakly.

Customer reviews indicate that The raptor does pretty good with cockroaches and ants. It also affects bugs, but to a much lesser extent. This is due to the fact that they are quite tenacious and able to quickly acquire immunity to various kinds of poisons. In addition, the sprays are less concentrated than preparations published in liquid form, and after spraying, the particles of the substance are poorly fixed on the surface and the part that sticks to the legs of the bugs is insufficient for their complete destruction.

How to use an insecticide?

A convenient form of release allows you to use Raptor aerosol immediately after purchase.

Advice! If you plan to carry out the bullying on the same day as the acquisition, you must store it away from sources of heat and avoid direct sunlight. This is due to the fact that the insecticide is under strong pressure and is highly combustible, therefore it is capable of igniting.

Before using this tool, it is necessary to prepare the premises:

  • vacuum the room thoroughly;
  • take out all household items;
  • curtains, bedspreads, bed linen to remove and wash at high temperatures;
  • remove things from pets (bedding, houses and so on), remove aquariums and terrariums from the room;
  • restrict access to the treated room to all your households and pets.

Advice! If you are going to spray the Raptor spray in the kitchen, then by all means remove all food products, since its contact with them is unacceptable.

Use the drug should be in personal protective equipment, so take care of the presence of a mask or respirator, rubber gloves and a bathrobe.

Now we can proceed to the processing itself:

  • Shake the can with the insecticide several times so that the components mix well;
  • spray the agent by extending the hand forward, at a distance of 30 cm from the surface to be treated;
  • keep the cylinder upright;
  • process one plot no more than 2 seconds to prevent the occurrence of puddles;
  • the stream should form a continuous line that the bugs cannot cross;
  • places of possible nesting of parasites will require special care, they need to pay more attention than open areas.

Side effects

Always follow the rules outlined in the instructions for the drug, the only way you can prevent the occurrence of any side effects.

Remember that in no case should an aerosol cloud get on the mucous membrane of the eye, oral cavity and exposed skin. If this still happened, then the affected areas should be washed immediately under running water.

Advantages of Raptor Aerosol

  1. A unique formula consisting of three potent insecticides.
  2. The composition contains an organic solvent.
  3. Aerosol Raptor creates a barrier that prevents new insect migration.
  4. Instant action of the drug, due to which the bugs do not have time to adapt to new conditions of existence.
  5. The spray is practically odorless.
  6. The product does not leave marks on the surface after processing.
  7. Profitability - one cylinder is enough to process the room with an area of 60 m2.

Spray raptor
The product is convenient to use and is always in the hardware store.

Aerosol Raptor is a rather effective remedy for bedbugs, but remember that it will bring the best result only if the entire apartment is processed. Even if insects settled in only one of the rooms, be sure to process all the others. The fact is that parasites move and are able to lay eggs in things located in other rooms. Of course, self-treatment with a spray can not be compared in terms of effectiveness with the work of professional pest control, but its cost will be much lower.
